The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-10-G-0004 to Northup Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) One Hornet Way, El Segundo, CA 90245-2804 using authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the procurement.

This procurement will include a quantity of 60 titanium Speed Brake/Arresting Hook Actuator fittings (P/N 74A332590-2005) to replace the current aluminum fittings found on F/A-18 A-D aircraft. This upgrade will support Technical Directive (TD); Air Frame Change number (AFC-609).
