The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a sole-source firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-11-G-0001 with The Boeing Company (Boeing) of St. Louis, Missouri, for updates to technical publications resulting from ECP 1139.

The Government intends to negotiate solely with The Boeing Company as they are the only "one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" (FAR 6.302-1).  Inquiries regarding availability of subcontracting opportunities should be directed to The Boeing Company, 6200 JS McDonnell Blvd, Saint Louis, MO 63134-1939.
