The City of Redmond (“city”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct an economic analysis for zoning incentive packages proposed to be included in the Redmond Zoning Code as part of Redmond 2050 (redmond.gov/Redmond2050). The City is looking to overhaul its incentive packages for the Overlake, Downtown, and Marymoor Village centers. Optional Pre-Proposal Meeting is January 5,2023, at 3PM PST.
