This is not a solicitation. This is a notification of intent to award a single source procurement under NAICS code: 485111. The Bureau of Reclamation, Contracting Office in Denver, Colorado will solicit and award a purchase order to the Utah Transit Authority (UTA). UTA will provide 112 Eco passes for Reclamation employees located in the Salt Lake City, Utah Office. The period of performance shall consist of 12 months. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide Reclamation's requirement.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Justification to Award to a Single Source has been prepared in support of this acquisition per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) - for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT). Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
