The US EPA Region 8 in Denver, Colorado has a requirement to make available public transportation options to its employees within the Denver Metropolitan area.  EPA intends to issue a sole source follow-on purchase order to the Reegional Transportation District (RTD) for ECO Passes, which will allow full time EPA employees in the Denver metropolitan area access to the RTD transportation system.  RTD provides several transportation options, which include express and regional bus routes, light rail and the Guaranteed Ride Home Program.  The Federal Government Agency participation in specific transit benefit programs is authorized by Public Law 103-172.  The purchase order will be fixed price with a duration of one year from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010.  This is NOT a Request for Proposals. The NAICS code for this requirement is 488999.   All inquiries or concerns must be addressed via email to [email protected].
