This agreement consists of five parts: Part 1 - ECMS 69181 - Lackawanna SR 0084-282 – Twin Bridges Part 2 – ECMS 112800 - Luzerne SR 0081-P01 – Bridge Preservation Part 3 – ECMS 102557 – Lackawanna SR 6006-FP1 – Fed Aid Paving Part 4 – ECMS 95263 - Lackawanna SR 81-229 – Drinker St NB Signal Part 5 – ECMS 112835 - Lackawanna SR 6006-P11 – Bridge Preservation The department will require a total of 18 TCI's and 3 TA's for the five parts. -------------------------------------------------------- For Part 1 - ECMS 69181 - Lackawanna SR 0084-282 – Twin Bridges the following staff is required: (1) TCI with Roadway Experience (4) TCI with Structure Experience (1) TCI with E&S Pollution Control Experience (1) TCI with Field Office Experience (1) TA -->Anticipated inspection needs for Part 1 are April 2020. Lackawanna SR 0084-282 Project completion is expected in December 2025. -------------------------------------------------------- For Part 2 - ECMS 112800 - Luzerne SR 0081-P01 – Bridge Preservation the following staff is required: (2) TCI with Bridge Preservation/Maintenance on the Interstate Experience (1) TCI with Field Office Experience (1) TA -->Anticipated inspection needs for Part 2 are April 2020. Luzerne SR 0081-P01 – Bridge Preservation Project completion is expected in November 2021. -------------------------------------------------------- For Part 3 - ECMS 102557 – Lackawanna SR 6006-FP1 – Fed Aid Paving the following staff is required: (3) TCI with Bituminous Paving and Sampling Experience -->Anticipated inspection needs for Part 3 are April 2020. Lackawanna SR 6006-FP1 – Fed Aid Paving Project completion is expected in November 2020. -------------------------------------------------------- For Part 4 - ECMS 95263 - Lackawanna SR 81-229 – Drinker St NB Signal the following staff is required: (1) TCI with Roadway and Signal Experience -->Anticipated inspection needs for Part 4 are March 2020. Lackawanna SR 81-229 – Drinker St NB Signal Project completion is expected in December 2020. -------------------------------------------------------- For Part 5 - ECMS 112835 - Lackawanna SR 6006-P11 – Bridge Preservation the following staff is required: (2) TCI with Bridge Preservation/Maintenance on the Interstate Experience (1) TCI with Field Office Experience (1) TA -->Anticipated inspection needs for Part 5 are April 2020.
