The Department will retain an engineering firm to provide a supplementary construction inspection staff of approximately One (1) Transportation Construction Manager, Three (3) Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisors, Three (3) Transportation Construction Inspectors and Two (2) Technical Assistants. Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisors and Transportation Construction inspectors should have NECEPT, ACI/PennDOT Concrete Certification to perform the job duties. Manager, Inspectors and Transportation Construction Inspector supervisor should have CDS/ V3 and mobile knowledge and understanding to do the documentation work.
