The Department will retain an engineering firm to provide a supplementary construction inspection staff of approximately One (1) Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor and Four (4) Transportation Construction Inspectors and (2) Two Technical Assistant. Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor and Transportation Construction inspectors should have NECEPT, ACI/PennDOT Concrete Certification to perform the job duties. Inspection staff should have CDS/ V3 and mobile knowledge and understanding to do the documentation work. This project is in Engineering District 5-0. ECMS # 11439, 91993.
