The United States Air Force (the Government) intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase order to a single source, EBSCO, under the authority of AFFARS 5313.501(a)(1)(ii), 10 U.S.C. 2302b, Implementation of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901), on or about 11 December 2020.  The period of performance (PoP) shall be from 11 December 2020 – 10 December 2021.

Product description: This collection of databases by EBSCOhost provide peer reviewed research materials for education, scholarly, and personal development and covers a diverse assortment of subjects. These subjects include articles on world politics and social sciences, economics and business management, technology and computer science, and international security. These services are provided by a customizable user interface and offer a variety of options for the user to save, cite, link, and print article and abstracts. All databases are searchable with a variety of limiters to expedite the search process including searching by subject, author, and publication.
