The 28thContracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD intends to solicit and award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for an Enterprise Building Integrator (EBI) upgrade. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract witha delivery date within 180 days ADC. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures and FAR part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. Due to the proprietary nature of this requirement, this will be a sole source solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210 with a size standard of $38.5M employees.

Description of requirement: To provide, install, and configure the Honeywell EBI R500 software on seven servers and six work stations currently running on the network.
