Regional Contracting Office Soto Cano requires a fixed wing survey and tactical mapping drone system capable of supporting critical engineer site survey and real-world assessments in support of ongoing operations, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief missions. The drone system will provide mapping and imagery products of current and future helicopter landing zones, areas effected by natural disasters, and conduct route and infrastructure reconnaissance. It is utilized to provide imagery of proposed and approved humanitarian assistance projects to support US civil affairs efforts. The overarching purpose of the drone system is to build and improve the shared multidomain Common Operating Picture (COP) for Joint Task Force Bravo, USSOUTHCOM, and the US Partner countries within our area of operation. Aircraft must be brand name or equal to the eBee TAC drone. Additional cameras must be brand name or equal to those specified in the SF1449.
