DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a sole source contract for three each Eaton Leonard CNC Tube and Pipe Bending Machines with all required accessories, tooling, installation, and training required to perform the function. A complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB-16-35-1013 is included as a part of the solicitation.

Request for Quote SPE4A8-17-Q-0041 is sole sourced to Eaton Leonard, CAGE code 1XP08. Alternate Offers will not be accepted for this requirement.The solicitation is intended to result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with requested completion in 252 days ARO.

FOB will be at Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation is expected to issue on 05/30/2017 and close on 06/30/2017.

The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures
