a. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9133L-12-R-0037 and will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-12.

b. The Army National Guard Bureau is seeking to procure computer equipment needed to meet the growth needs of the SRSC. The potential addition of new personnel as well as the failure of current equipment requires the purchase of new computer equipment to meet mission requirements. The Government intends to compete this requirement with all interested vendors that qualify for Government contracts.
c. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
d. Offeror is required to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
