The barn's specifications are as follows: Trusses 40' - 4/12 pitch, 48" o.c., overhang 12" vented eaves, 3-ply 2 x 6 glulams- 0.60 cca, Purlings - 2 x 4 @ 24" o.c., Headers #1 Pine, Doors - 1 @ 3' X 6' 8", 2 @ 16 x 14 split sliders - gable end, 1 @ 16 x 12 single slider - eave wall, Side Covering - painted steel - 29 gauge, Roof Covering - painter steel - 29 gauge, Construction labor to be included in proposal. Hurricane clips per code and two 24" sidelights at ridge cap. This procurement shall use commercial items acquisition procedures (FAR Part 12). Best Value and Past Performance shall be elements of the evaluation. The NAICS is 237990. This is a Set Aside for Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a proposal with all applicable literature, catalogs, floor plans, and price lists, which shall be considered. There will not be a solicitation issued. Provisions and Clause are applicable as per the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Commercial Items, Terms and Conditions apply to this acquisition. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
