Jefferson Lab is seeking sources for an upgraded E-Commerce System for our facility. The E-Commerce system should already be in existence with a minimum of Two (2) Years of use in the Business community. It should possess the following Business Functions:

Required:

 

    Web based platform

    Interface with Oracle-based system

    Customized Item Search Engine Capability

    Customized Personal Shopping Lists

    Demo Environment for testing and training purposes

    The ability to ship orders/line items complete

    The ability to track deliveries by item

·        Method to direct purchaser to Sustainable and Recycled Products

    Provide a link to electronic order status

    The supplier shall provide a Go live training plan

 

·       Custom On Line Reporting (reports which can be generated by JLab) to include:

    Socio-Economic  reports

    Green Purchasing reports

    Advanced Shipment  Notification

    Purchase Order Acknowledgement

    Back Order Notifications

    Detailed & automated spend analysis by commodity

    Quarterly updates of additions to catalogs

    On Time Delivery Reports

    Purchase History Reports

    Customer Satisfaction Survey

    Contract compliance Report

 

 

    Punchout capability linked to suppliers covering the following major commodities:

 

    Industrial Supplies

    Electronic Components

    Vacuum Products

    Lab and Safety supplies

    Electrical Supplies

    Stationary Supplies

    Wire and Cable Supplies

    Optics  and Fiber Optics

    Safety  Products and Supplies

 

 

Note: Mandatory Requirement: As part of the Two (2) Year experience, the Company must clearly indicate that they have administer the entire E-Commerce Program to include Order Follow-Up, Single Payee Invoicing, and any other problems that are associated with Administering E-Commerce Systems. The company must also provide current Business References for clients that currently use their E-Commerce System for the past Two (2) Years.
