Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source contract modification to Rockwell Collins to procure production ready spares under contract N00019-09-C-0035 in support of the operational fielding of the E-6B Digital Northstar System (DNS) modification on sixteen (16) aircraft, two (2) fleet trainers and one (1) systems integration lab (SIL). This procurement is a one-time Life-of-type buy.
