THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.  The Naval Air Systems Command, E-2/C-2 Airborne Tactical Data System Program Office (PMA-231), Patuxent River, MD intends to award a sole-source contract modification to delivery order N00019-15-G-0026-0040 with Norhtrop Grumman Services Corporation, 2000 W. NASA Blvd., Melbourne FL, 32904.  The purpose of this effort is to modify E-2C software to support flight demonstration participation in Netted Sensors 2017 Fleet Experiment which is scheduled to take place in August 2017.
