The widening of E 116th St N from Mingo Rd (AKA N 97th E Ave) to N Garnett Rd to a four (4) lane roadway with a concrete median, center turn lanes and bike lanes. Included in the project are new traffic signals at the intersection of Mingo Road and at the intersection of the Sports Park Entrance, installation of storm sewers, water line installation, force main installation, landscaping with irrigation and new cross drainage structures.
