This is a notice of intenet to award a sole source contract and is not a requst for competitive proposals. However if interested, Government shall consider all responses. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with Holgic, Inc, 250 Campus Dr. Marlborough, MA 01752-3020. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(b).

NHRC requires that all contrctors doing business with the Aquisition Office must be registered with System Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM.
