General: This is a supply requirement contract for Custom Bulkhead Seal replacement for Dworshak Dam and Reservoir, Ahsahka ID.

Introduction: The successful Offeror shall be required to construct the rubber seals according to the specification that will be provided at solicitation to the Dworshak Project as required in Shipment and Delivery directions.

Purpose: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Dworshak Dam & Reservoir, requires rubber seals that shall be of the full-molded type only. All corners shall be factory vulcanized, and all seal rubber must be compounded of natural rubber, synthetic polyisoprene, or a blend of both, and shall contain reinforcing carbon black, zinc oxide, accelerators, antioxidants, vulcanizing agents, and plasticizers.
