Competition for this requirement is Unrestricted. When available, the solicitation documents for this project W912EF-19-R-0010 will be provided via FedBizOpps.gov https://www.fbo.gov on or around February 22, 2019. The solicitation will be a Request for Quote (RFQ). The official quotation due date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued.
Dworshak Project requires supply and delivery of liquid 32-0-0 Urea Ammonium Nitrate, to include the provision of storage tank with approximately 10,000 gallons capacity and pumping system for transferring fertilizer from storage tank to Government-owned mobile tanks. Deliveries of fertilizer will be as needed to operate the nutrient supplementation program. The maximum quantity for each year of the contract is not expected to exceed 42,000 gallons; however, the Government reserves the right to increase quantity during the course of the contract at the awarded price per gallon, via a contract modification signed by the Contracting Officer.
This contract will be awarded with a base period of less than 12 months and four option periods of 12 months each, as follows:
Base Period Award through December 31, 2019
Option Period 1 1 January 2020 through 31 December 2020
Option Period 1 1 January 2021 through 31 December 2021
Option Period 1 1 January 2022 through 31 December 2022
Option Period 1 1 January 2023 through 31 December 2023
The Government will request deliveries only during the months of April through September each period.
The Contractor shall provide liquid urea ammonium nitrate (32-0-0) fertilizer. This fertilizer shall be standard industry formulation for this type of fertilizer. The fertilizer shall be in liquid form for application to aquatic lake ecosystems.
