The government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. In order to be considered for award, the quote must be determined to be technically acceptable. Offerors providing the required brand name support will be considered technically acceptable. Criteria under the LPTA process are judged on a pass-fail basis only. No other rating or qualitative value will be assigned. Price shall be evaluated only on quotes deemed technical acceptable.
Quote submittal must, at a minimum show: (1) Solicitation number (2) price
(3) Name, address, and telephone number of offeror, (4) Taxpayer Identification Number, (5) CAGE Code, (6) DUNS Number (7) Expiration date of quote, (8) A completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3, and (9) Completed Special Order Requirements.
This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. Registration must be "ACTIVE" at the time of award.
