EOIR has a small business set aside, firm fixed lowest price technically acceptable Request for Quote (RFQ) for Duress Alarm System in Los Angeles Immigration Court. See attached Scope of Work along with system description. All Maintenance and Support will be paid monthly in arrears. EOIR would also like to have 4 additional option years. Period of Performance (POP) Base Year 10/1/15 to 9/30/16, Option Year 1 10/1/16 to 9/30/17, Option Year 2 10/1/17 to 9/30/18, Option Year 3 10/1/18 to 9/30/19, Option Year 4 10/1/19 to 9/30/20.

Evaluation Of Options (FAR 52.217-5)
Except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) not to be in the Government's best interests, the Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. Evaluation of options will not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s).

*All quotes must have a registered and valid DUNS#. Quotes must also be turned in by closing date outlined. The FBO RFQ cannot be extended due to time constraints.
