CONTRACTOR SHALL PAY ALL TAP FEES, MAIN FEES, AND METER FEES REQUIRED BY M.U.D. e. CONTRACTOR SHALL CONSTRUCT ALL WATER MAIN, FITTINGS (HORIZONTAL OR VERTICAL), RESTRAINTS, FIRE HPAN f. YDRANTS, OR OTHER INCIDENTALS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE AND FULLY FUNCTIONAL WATER SYSTEM AS DEPICTED ON THE PROJECT PLANS. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ADJUSTING THE VERTICAL ALIGNMENT AS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED MINIMUM 6' COVER (BELOW PROPOSED FINISHED GRADE) AND/OR TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH EXISTING AND/OR PROPOSED UTILITIES.
