This is a Sources Sought notice. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to identify vendors who are willing and available to compete on epoxy and carpeting flooring provision and installation at facilities located at the Minnesota Air National Guard, 148th Fighter Wing, Duluth Minnesota. The Duluth ANG anticipates several flooring projects to be bid before the end of fiscal year. The Duluth ANG currently has one BPA in place (per W912LM15RFI003) but is looking to expand the pool of vendors from which to compete ongoing requirements.

This Sources Sought may result in a BPA award. The intent of a BPA is to establish a mechanism which allows the government to make consolidated credit card purchases of flooring solutions. Any awarded vendor will have to register in SAM.gov and provide the government with a CAGE code or DUNS number.

The following is needed:

-Pricing on carpet squares
-Pricing on epoxy flooring

Pricing structure and variety of options can be determined by the contractor. Preferred pricing will be a matrix, pricing per square yard for multiple categories of total square footage discounts, and per type of flooring solutions.

Several projects are contemplated before 30 Sep 2016.

Any awarded BPA will be subject to the Service Contract Act. The 148th FW requests information on feasibility, estimated cost of service, and service delivery options.
