SSI Dual Electric Rotary Shear Brass Cartridge Shredder, Model M50E or Equal. Shredder shall be able to DEMIL spent brass and spent aluminum cartridges ranging from 9mm thru 20mm. A dual-sized cutting chamber is required. One section of the shredder needs to have a 1/4" cutter and the other side needs to have 5/8" cutter so the different sizes of brass can be shredded to the correct level of scrap as determined by Munitions Inspectors. Chamber shall be 22"W x 25"L. In addition the casings cannot cross into the other chamber during shredding. Brass will be hand-fed into the chamber via a mailbox style hopper for safety purposes.
