This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the
Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
Announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written
Solicitation is provided with this synopsis. Solicitation Number N3239812RCJ019 is issued as a request
for quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal
Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation. This solicitation is being issued on
an unrestricted basis to allow for full and open completion. The associated NAICS code is 541712, Research and Development . Offerors must also be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at (www.sam.gov) per FAR 52.212.1. Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation,
which shall be considered. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a firm
fixed type contract based on the lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government (best value).

1. PN. TR50BB- Dual biopotential telemeter for rats 200 g and over, input range +/- 2 mV, 2000
