This is a notice of the Government's intent to issue a sole source award to Acuity Consulting, Inc for the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) Resource Management Support Services for up to 4 months (two month base period plus two, one month options). This will cover the timeframe needed for DTIC to complete the source selection process for the follow-on contract that is being competed as a competitive 8(a) acquisition. DTIC Resource Management Support Services provide on-site, non-personal financial management support consisting of accounting technical support services and financial and budget analysis support services. If executed, the value of the contract will be approximately $640K. This is neither a Request for Proposal nor a solicitation of offers, however, any industry offeror can respond to this notice to indicate their interest in the requirement, if the perceived capability exists to perform in the timeframe required. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the Government's discretion. Information received by close of business 17 May 2012 will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition.
