Amendment 002 The purpose of this amendment is to change the dates both questions and final proposals are due, and to present clarification as discussed at the site visit.
The new due date for proposals is February 27th 2013. Final questions are due 9AM PST February 15th, 2013 Questions will be answered in a single amendment by February 21st 2013. No additional site visit will offered. Please look for clarifications and answers to initial questions as attached and titled COS addendum to bid documents. Asbestos and Lead information is attached as separate PDF files.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
January 31, 2013:
Amendment 001- The purpose of this amendment is to change the dates both questions and final proposals are due.
The new due date for proposals is February 20th 2013. An additional amendment will be issued sometime next week with changes to the spec and will include the new date for all questions. Questions will be answered in a single amendment shortly thereafter. No additional site visit will offered.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT
B006. Site Visit: There is a MANDATORY site visit Wednesday, January 23th 2013 8:30AM at the Colorado Springs ATCT. No transportation will be provided to the site. Prospective offerors are required to attend. See Part IV Section L
3.2.2.3-63 Site Visit (Construction) (July 2004).
a. The meeting point address for the site visit will be provided upon confirmation of attendance (see B006.c,
below).
b. The FAA facility escort has been instructed not to answer any questions about the project during the site visit,
please do not ask them any. All questions from the site visit must be submitted in writing according to the RFOââ¬â¢s
instructions in Section B, Clause B005 Solicitation Questions (above). The FAA assumes no responsibility for any
conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in
writing from the Contracting Officer. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or
representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the
execution of this contract, unless that understanding or representation is expressly stated in the contract.
c. To attend the site visit, advance notice by e-mail is required by January 22, 2013 at 4:00 PM Mountain
Standard Time to the FAA POC identified below. You are required to provide your company representativeââ¬â¢s name.
