B006. Job Walk (Site Visit): There is an OPTIONAL job walk on May 14, 2013 at 1:00 PM PACIFIC Time.

b. The FAA facility escort has been instructed not to answer any questions about the project during the job walk, please do not ask them any. All questions from the job walk must be submitted in writing according to the RFOââ¬â¢s instructions in Section B, Clause B005 Solicitation Questions (above). Due to security restrictions, no photography will be allowed during the job walk, including cell phone cameras. All cell phones must be turned off before entering the Engine Generator Building. Vehicles shall be searched prior to entering FAA property. Visitors will receive a security check similar to airport procedures as part of the process to obtain a visitor badge. The FAA assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in writing from the Contracting Officer. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding or representation is expressly stated in the contract.
c. To attend the job walk, advance notice by e-mail is required by May 9, 2013 at 4:00 PM PACIFIC Time to the FAA POC identified just below. You are required to provide the attendeeââ¬â¢s full name, as indicated on driverââ¬â¢s license, and company name. Due to security restriction only those names submitted by the deadline will be allowed on the jobwalk. No substitutions after the deadline.
