DTE Energy is renovating roughly 24,000 SF of office area space on the 8th & 9th floor of the GO Building. The work will include office space, conference rooms, and cafe. All trades required. Submit all Proposals to Jon Reynolds, [email protected]. Include your companies standard clarifications/proposal form. Due to DTE's Safety Requirements regarding COVID, only ten individuals are allowed on the floor at one time. I ask that you please email [email protected] by no later than Tuesday 3PM the list of names that will attend the walk through this Wednesday. If I receive more than ten names, I will schedule a secondary site walk-through. Scopes of Work to follow.
