 This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division intends to award on a sole source basis to NexGen Communication 44965 Aviation Dr Dulles, TX 20166 for the following:
 Distributed Tactical Communication System (DTCS) Training for the Harris equipment and software.

This notice is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals.  However, all responsible sources may submit their technical capabilities, which if received by 22 May 2017, shall be considered by NSWC Corona.

 A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
