This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB). The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between to $500,000 and $1,000,000. Place of performance will be Phoenix, AZ.

The purpose of this project is the demolition, construction and renovation of the existing lobby and covered entry area at the DSW Phoenix compound. Work to include, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, mechanical work and installation of new cabinetry, flooring, appliance and furniture.
