ASSISTDOCS
The DSPO has a requirement to host and maintain the ASSISTDOCS by a commercial Internet Service Provider. The Vendor shall support DSPO in the successful deployment and continued operations and maintenance of the ASSISTDOCS capability.
a. Monitor the performance of the assistdocs.com website. Take corrective actions as necessary to maximize system performance and availability.
b. Manage scalable, dedicated web hosting services with a commercial provider for a renewable period of 6 or 12 months. The Vendor shall act as a liaison between the government and the host service provider to ensure that the site performance and usability are meeting the needs of the intended Defense Standardization community.
c. Implement emerging system changes as required by DSPO.
d. Maintain assistdocs application code, data and image import procedures and log file procedures.
e. Prepare and participate in briefings, symposiums or other meetings or events as required by DSPO.
Software Licensing & Support
Software Renewals: The Vendor will provide the annual software licenses and updates to maintain the QPD system application COTS products at current, vendor supported levels for integration of all tasks specified within the PWS. The Vendor shall provide annual software renewals for the software as described below:

c. VLA Coldfusion Builder 1 Universal English
d. 1 Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Profession Edition- Complete package

f. 1 Quest SQL Navigator for Oracle
g. 1 Buffalo 500 GB DriveStation Combo Turbo USB/FireWireExternal Hard Drive
h. 1 Adobe ColdFusion Standard v8 Upgrade Package-2 processors
i. 1 Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 (purchased in 2007)
j. Maintenance for 2 Production Enterprise CPU Licenses of PDFNet Core SDK for Windows
