1. Question: Requesting of the 21 items requested which one do the Government consider Critical Path Items?

Government Response: The critical path(s) is defined as the longest path through the project, comprised of tasks that cannot absorb delays without risking delay of the overall project completion as planned. The government does not dictate which Work Items are to be indicated as the critical path; the determination is based on the vendor’s proposed schedule and what work items (or combination of work items) result in the longest duration from start to finish. 

All other terms and conditions to the solicitation remain unchanged.
