THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY

Long Beach Job Corps Center located at 1903 Santa Fe Ave., Long Beach, CA  90810 is posting a request for proposal for drywall replacement in our Wellness Building.  Long Beach Job Corps Center is a 17 arcre center that is part of the Department of Labor Education and Training program and the center is managed by Odle Management, LLC.

Scope of Work:

The Wellness Building had remediation work in 5 rooms and an electrical room where drywall was remvoed.  The contractor will need to replace all areas where drywall was removed and we want to be certain that the contractor uses mold and/or water resistent drywall.  The contractor will need to be sure to follow all building codes for the safe installation of the drywall.  The contractor will need to be able to finish the drywall installation as quickly and as safely as possible. 

The bid must include all materials and labor costs associated with the installation of the drywall.  Contractors are welcomed to contact Mr. Peter Young at 562-491-5180 to arrange to see the work area.  The contractor must be albe to provide contractors license, insurance and proper documentation to work on this project.  Contractor will be responsible for all employees that work on the center and be sure to maintain a safe work environment.
