1. Vessel(s) Required: Request a US flag / Foreign Flag self-sustaining / geared combination container / break bulk vessel for two consecutive voyages (one round trip) to lift containerized cargo, reefer containers, flatracks, break bulk, hazardous cargoes including ammunitions, and rolling stock. Vessel shall accommodate a minimum of 350 twenty- foot equivalent unit (TEU) containers. Within the specified 350 TEU capacity, vessel shall be able to accommodate various combinations of twenty-foot and forty-foot containers and 82 twenty foot containers. Vessel shall be able to accommodate all standard types of dry cargo containers, refrigerated containers, flatracks and ISO tank containers. The vessel shall be equipped with sufficient quantities of matching stacking cones, automatic twist locks (SATL/IBC), container deck sockets, “D” ring fitting for container deck sockets capable of lashing break bulk cargo, chain and binders for lashing break bulk cargo, and lashing gear for carriage and securing of all containers. Vessel shall be capable of carrying a maximum load averaging 12 long tons (26,880 pounds), trim, stability and hull stress as specified by the regulatory agency for that vessel.
