The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District intends to award a sole source task order to Big River Shipbuilders, Inc. (CAGE Code: 06BJ4) for the dry docking and hull repair of Mooring Barge 7403.  The authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C.§2304(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

A copy of the Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition (J&A) is attached.   Please refer to the J&A for further details. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) and no solicitation is available for this procurement.
