NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that East Valley Water District is accepting bids for the services listed above. To be considered, three (3) hard copies of your proposal must be received by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 21, 2022. All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, identified as Bid for “Emergency Response Plan Updates” and addressed to: East Valley Water District Attn: Consevation -Drought Contingency Plan RFP 31111 Greenspot Road Highland, CA 92346 Proposals received after the above date and time will not be considered. East Valley Water District reserves the right to accept in whole or part or reject any and all proposals and to waive any in formalities in the bid process, and all bids are binding for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening and may be retained by the District for examination and comparison, as specified in the quotation request documents. Proposals will not be opened at that time but will be submitted to the Director of Strategic Services for review and recommendation in accordance with the District’s Purchasing Policy. The District reserves the right to make no award.
