Horizons Youth Services, LLC is contracted by the United States Department of Labor to operate the North Texas Job Corps Center. The North Texas Job Corps Center is a residential training facility for 650 economically disadvantaged young adults. We are located at 1701 North Church Street, McKinney Texas 75069.
