The City of Dallas Office of Community Care (OCC) is seeking non-profit agencies to administer Drivers of Poverty services as outlined in the solicitation. The purpose of the Program is to enable residents to access youth development programs and client assistance programming that expands on the work established through the Coronavirus Relief Fund. Through this solicitation, the City strives to support community-based programming that serves target populations and leverage expertise of community-based organizations, establish new partnerships and relationships with community-based organizations, and build upon work established through Coronavirus Relief Funds.
