The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide Drinking Water Sampling, Analysis, Reporting and Support Services for the Water System for the California National Guard facility known as Camp Roberts located off of Highway 101, Camp Roberts CA 93451 in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The term for this service will be for a duration of 730 days (24 months) beginning on the day of the Notice to Proceed to the awarded contractor and slated to be from May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2026. The Invitation for Bid may be downloaded on the Cal eProcure website at https://caleprocure.ca.gov/pages. This project requires the Contractor to have a current California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) certification or use subcontractor that maintains current California ELAP certification. The contract will also require analysis of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) that must be conducted by a Department of Defense (DoD) certified laboratory.
