Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and tools necessary to perform drayage of government-owned furnishings to and from warehouses, consolidated dormitories (CD) and quarters on Eielson AFB; to include quarter's off-base. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations.

The solicitation number is FA5004-16-B-0008 and will be made available for download at www.fedbizopps.gov in Fall 2016.

This action is set aside for woman owned small business in accordance with FAR 19.5, Set-Asides for Small Business. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 484210, with a small business size standard of $27.5 million. This contract will be firm-fixed price (FFP).

The solicitation will be issued electronically. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and amendments, as no paper copies will be furnished. An offeror mailing list will not be maintained. Potential offerors should register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation.
