The Work to be done consists primarily of demolition and grading, installation of drainage system for new park, basketball court, synthetic soccer field, constructing Portland cement concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, curb ramps, driveways, replacing and overlaying pavement with asphalt paving, park furnishings, lighting and electrical, prefabricated restroom installation, underground water, sewer pipelines, electrical service, landscape and irrigation for approximately 8 acre site.
