This is a combined synopsis/soloicitation for Dragon Speak Software & Service conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) pursuant to the authority of FAR Subpart 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The current solicitation number is: 18-239-SOL-00022 and is issued as an Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a 100% Indian Owned Small Business Set aside Purpose of contract The purpose of this contract is to provide services for training, consultation, setup, support and automation of Dragon Natural Speaking software. Objective The contractor will provide training for new and experienced providers are using the Dragon Natural Speaking to its full capacity within the White Earth Health Center Electronic Health Record system. The training will consist of setting the profile up correctly for each person and training of the IT staff to store the profiles and further installation of the software on the multiple PC's throughout the agency and to be able load each profile properly. The contractor will then work with the Clinical Application Coordinator to create the proper templates within EHR for each provider. Basis for award: There will be one (1) award from this solicitation The responsible offerors whose proposal represents lowest acceptable cost will receive the award. Proposals shall contain the offerors best pricing. The Government intends to evaluate and award with no discussion.
