Sources Sought

•1.      Regional Contracting Office, NCR,  MCB Quantico, Virginia

•2.      General Information

This is a Sources Sought. It is NOT a request for competitive proposals; therefore, responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responses should include information identifying whether the responder's firm is a small or large business. Firms that respond will not be paid for the information submitted. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation. There is no bid package or solicitation document, and a formal solicitation may or may not be issued by the Government as a result of responses to this Sources Sought. All information received shall be safeguarded from unauthorized disclosure. Lack of submission of data at this time will not eliminate any firm's participation in any future competitive contract.

•3.      General Intent

The United States Marine Corps, Headquarters Marine Corps requires Dragon Naturally Speaking Professional maintenance and support OLP Level B E-Certificate.  

•4.      Information Requested

HQMC PPO PS invites all interested parties to submit information regarding their capabilities in:

Maintenance and support for Naturally Speaking Professional maintenance and support.

Responses to this Sources Sought should specifically describe the responder's ability to meet each of the requirements outlined above. In addition, responses should include:

•·         Name of Company Representative and their Business Title,

•·         Type of Business,

•·         CAGE Code, and

•·         Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product and service, to include ENCORE II, General Service Administration (GSA), GSA MOBIS, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle.
