The U.S. Food and Drug Administration's (FDA), Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) has a need for in vivo toxicology of tobacco and related products. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary facilities, materials, and personnel and shall perform non-personal professional services and program support to complete all tasks related to this requirement entitled, "In Vivo and In Vitro Toxicology of Tobacco and Related Products."
