This will be a requirements contract where the contractor shall provide Elevator Maintenance, Repair, Inspection and Certification Services for the various Army Installations located on the Island of Oahu in the state of Hawaii. Please see the attached solicitation, Addendums 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 for the the submittal processes and evaluation requirements as well as the technical exhibits.

The period of performance is expected to be 1 April 2021 until 31 March 2022, with options to extend until 31 March 2026.
