CITY OF SMYRNA, GA Downtown Improvements - Public Greenspace Smyrna, Georgia is seeking bids for a Construction Management at-Risk contract to construct DOWNTOWN IMPROVEMENTS – Public Greenspace. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, a new greenspace. The design includes large, flexible lawn spaces, numerous shade structures, plaza space, public art locations, and ADA accessible routes. The greenspace improvements will coincide with site and roadway improvements. The contract time is 12 months. A MANDATORY Site-walk Meeting will be held on Friday, 01/28/2022 at 1:00 pm in the HR Training Room at City Hall.
