The Attleboro Redevelopment Authority, also referred to in this document as the “ARA”, in partnership with the City of Attleboro (the “City”) and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (“MBTA”), is seeking a Master Developer for the redevelopment of a collection of parcels located within the City of Attleboro’s Transit Oriented Development Zoning District. The parcels, collectively known as the “Site”, are located in Downtown Attleboro on the eastern side of Riverfront Drive, adjacent to the MBTA’s Attleboro Commuter Rail station. The ARA seeks a qualified development team to deliver a mixed-use transit-oriented development project in line with the Transit Oriented Development Vision and Plan (“TOD Vision and Plan”) dated June 30, 2022, created by the ARA and the City. The TOD Vision and Plan, included in the Appendix A of the attached request for qualifications, outlines the ARA and City’s goal to introduce approximately 600 units of market-rate and affordable housing alongside supporting retail uses on this centrally located Site.
